Guest Bio - Christine N. Shepherd

​Christine N. (Little) Shepherd and Kelly Elizabeth Smith are the founding partners at the Calgary based law firm Smith & Little LLP, a boutique firm offering family law services.  Christine and Kelly are passionate about doing law differently and rethinking the way that law firms deliver services to clients. They strive to be known for the excellence of their work while remaining down to earth and approachable.  They tag team all matters to capitalize on their individual strengths. 

Christine appreciates that family law encompasses many complicated issues and clients will experience fear, anger, sadness and many other emotions as they navigate a separation making the process stressful, even for former spouses that get along.  She views her job as ensuring that her clients completely understand the legal issues at play thereby reducing the amount of fear and stress so that they can make decisions about with confidence.

Christine N. Kelly is a talented litigator and spends a lot of her time preparing for and attending court.  She enjoys the creativity involved in problem-solving complex legal issues and thinking out of the box to assist our clients.
